Plug in terminal block module adopts a plug-in wiring structure, with stable and uniform contact point pressure and excellent anti vibration performance. Even in harsh working conditions with high dust and vibration in industrial sites, Plug in terminal block can always maintain reliable electrical connections, avoiding problems such as poor contact and signal interruption. The entire series offers 10 to 50 channels of different specifications to choose from, which can achieve centralized transmission of multiple signals. Plug in terminal block can directly interface with the IO interfaces of PLC and motion controllers, and can complete signal expansion without additional adapters, greatly simplifying the wiring complexity inside the control cabinet and reducing the workload of later line checking.

Among them, the Enhanced A model has also undergone functional upgrades, integrating LED working indicator lights, surge protection circuits, and signal filtering modules in each channel. Not only does it have stronger signal transmission stability, but it can also quickly locate faulty channels through indicator lights, greatly improving the efficiency of on-site troubleshooting. In terms of installation, the standard 35mm DIN rail buckle design is adopted, which can be directly fixed onto the rail without the need for additional holes or screws. Plug in terminal block can keep the wiring neat inside the cabinet and effectively save installation space inside the cabinet. The overall design is modular and detachable. If a single channel is damaged, it can be plugged and replaced separately without changing the wiring of other circuits.
