WUSLKG European style terminal block product introduction
WUSLKG Screw ground terminal a grounding connection component specifically designed for industrial distribution scenarios and is positioned as a safe grounding circuit connection solution for low-voltage systems.
WUSLKG Screw ground terminal mainly used for grounding circuit wiring in industrial control cabinets, distribution cabinets, and variable frequency drive cabinets, achieving reliable conductivity between equipment enclosures, metal cabinets, and grounding busbars, ensuring system leakage protection and safe grounding requirements. It is compatible with multi strand/single strand copper wires with a cross-section of 1.5~16mm ², can be quickly installed through standard 35mm DIN rails, and supports modular splicing to expand the number of grounding circuits.
Features
Safe grounding design: adopting a yellow/green dual color insulated shell, in compliance with international grounding identification standards, to avoid wiring confusion; The conductive core is made of tin plated purple copper material, with a conductivity of ≥ 80% IACS, stable contact resistance, and a temperature rise of ≤ 30K during long-term full load operation.
Reliable locking structure: adopting screw lifting and pressing design to avoid direct force on the wire, it can withstand repeated disassembly and industrial vibration environment, with anti vibration performance up to 15G acceleration, avoiding safety hazards caused by loose grounding.
Compatible with universal standards: Supports universal fixing parts and baffles with mainstream UK series grounding terminals, with installation dimensions in accordance with TH35 rail standards, suitable for industrial environments ranging from -40 ℃ to 120 ℃, and certified by UL 94V-0 flame retardant certification and ISO system certification.
