Design of the crimping structure, TBR 300 uses M12 high-strength copper alloy screws as the core locking components, which have better strength and corrosion resistance compared to ordinary steel screws. At the same time, the crimping stroke is larger, the clamping force is evenly distributed, and it can be adapted to large cross-sectional power cables ranging from 35mm ² to 120mm ². Whether it is conventional multi stranded copper wire or pre pressed cold pressed terminals, stable and reliable crimping connections can be achieved, adapting to different wiring process requirements of industrial power distribution.
In order to meet the long-term operation requirements of ultra-high current, the internal conductive components of TBR 300 are made of high-purity copper with a thickness of up to 5mm, and the conductive cross-section has sufficient current carrying redundancy. Even if it continuously passes through the rated current of 309A for a long time, it can maintain stable low-temperature rise performance, and the electrical performance will not deteriorate due to overheating. This ensures the safety and reliability of high-power distribution systems in long-term operation from the core structure.
